In the case where we have somebody not show up to handle your needs, the supervisor will immediately be notified
and we will take care of the issue ASAP. We work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for you. Additionally, we also use
a sophisticated management program that is custom tailored to fit your needs. This program is used by all of our
supervisors assigned to your account and can also be used by your own managers for anything from equipment issue
reporting, QC’s, custom set-up check lists, and anything you want monitored, measured or reported. Things like
equipment issues and repair are all reported and maintained online, this means in the case of a problem we can
generally handle issues ASAP and reduce downtime, or replace equipment if necessary. Quality and efficiency are
